I've been inspired by an image of yours and am planning a diorama (for once not Napoleonic!!) about the "discovery" of Australia. I got the figures for the aborigines but am definitely going to wait for your production to come out...

Ich habe mich von einem britischen Hafen verabschiedet, da bräuchte man auch mehrere größere Schiffe und die ganzen Lagerhäuser sind nicht so attraktiv. Ich werde einen kleinen Fischerort mit Bucht und Strand darstellen. Die Korvette liegt auf Reede. Den Fischerort werde ich in einen Hügel bauen, da habe ich auch eine zweite Höhenlinie, dazu noch etwas Steilküste und Klippen. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Hafen, nicht für größere Schiffe ausgelegt.

thx for your interest, my subject will be J.Cook in Hawaii, but sorry only for my diorama, no Nikolai production. I will keep you posted , but scientistic touch will be presented by Forster and his son
these 2 aborigenes are conversions of atlantic egyptians I made about 40 years ago! (no kidding)

Das ist für mich ein sehr spannendes Thema, auch wenn ich lieber Seeleute aus der Zeit der amerikanischen Unabhängigkeitskriege gehabt hätte.
Vielleicht kann ich eine Dioramenidee, mit der ich schon lange liebäugel, dann mal umsetzen.
